Heinz Kaegi grew up in German-speaking Switzerland and has lived in three other language cultures that have shaped his cosmopolitan attitude: French, American, Greek-Cypriot.
His executive career has led him into various industries and roles early on, and over a decade of C-level experience. In addition to his officer career in the Swiss army, he has also gained valuable leadership experience on a regional political executive board.
His degrees and certified programs in sales, marketing, leadership and psychology complete his impressive international portfolio.
His enriching decades as an entrepreneur have shaped him and created what made him be-come the human and mentor he is today:
His worldwide unique development concept for leaders - the LEX Leaders Excellence TM Mentoring Program - and his book "Wanted: Leaders", have inspired more than 10,000 executives worldwide so far.
He has developed his methods, models and processes in practice with his international clients.
In 30 years on 3 continents in 3 languages he has designed and conducted more than 1000 visionary processes for companies and top executives.
Numerous publications, TV and radio interviews, keynote speeches, and lectureships are witnesses to his great passion. He travels the World as mentor of visionary leaders. His mission is "moving leaders from hard work to heart work®.
He is the initiator of the "International Economy of Heart Foundation".
