This course will teach you the essentials of Personal Excellence. After your studies, you will be able to meet the highest standards in the global economy and stand out of your competitors in the (labour) market. If you systematically apply these principles, you will never have to apply for a job again, as the top companies of the world will want to work with you.Module 1: STRENGHTS!
During this first module you will gain clarity about your strengths. You will understand what made you successful so far and why you failed where you failed. You will see your full potential and understand that it all is not about who your are but about what you do. If you decide that you will use your full potential, you will generate unbelievable benefits to your customers or your employer.Module 2: SIMPLICITY!
The most successful products and services in the world are all about simplicity and convenience. In this module you will learn how to make people's life easier, using the strengths you discovered in Module 1.Excellence is all about convenience. Excellent products and services are customer-friendly and easy to use. You will be positioned and easy to work with and as a person who finds easy solutions to complex challenges.
Module 3: VALUE!
Excellence and success are all about creating value. The more value you create to your customers or to your employer the more money you will make in your life.In this Module you will define binding standards for you (work) life. This will create kind of a corporate identity to you, as your work will stand for top quality.
All three sequences should be booked as an entity, as they will lead you to your very personal success masterplan. Each sequence/module consists of several tasks that have to be completed in a practice-oriented manner.
